We only collect information required for the work we do with you under your contract to carry out our work with you as required. Such information will be collected from work members through this website via on-line forms and emails. The information we collect generally includes for work contact purposes, contact name, organization, job title and/or e-mail address. Where surveys and work related information gathering are required, we collect only the personal information agreed with you along with other work information for the purpose of carrying out the work activity.
3. How We Use It?
Usually, if the contracts involving yourselves require us to process personal information collected via this website, it will be for administration, statistical or decision support purposes as may be required for the contracted work agreed with you. Only information about your organisation where agreed will be displayed in our portfolio are in form of communicating with yourselves or inviting others to contribute as may be required or for making the public aware of current projects we are involved with. This website contains links to other websites which are outside our control and theses websites are not covered by this privacy policy. We are not liable for the practices of such third party website operators in respect of your personal information.
6. What about your access to information?
Under the Data Protect Act 1998 you have a right to access the personal information ICS hold about you. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you please write to ICS, at its registration address with proof of your identity together with a cheque or postal order payable to ICS for £10.00 to cover our administration costs. As soon as we are satisfied as to your identity and the validity of the request we will send you, (within 40 days of receipt of your written request and the fee), a copy of all the personal information we hold about you which we are legally required to disclose.
7. What if you have queries and require corrections?
We will, upon your request, correct, update or remove your personal data from our records. Please contact ICS on through our contact us area with any changes or queries in respect of the information stored about you.
